Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate printing equipment efficiently and accurately to produce high-quality prints.
- Perform routine maintenance on printers, including cleaning, calibrating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with printing equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure print jobs meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair.
- Experience with OEM printers and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, IT, and computer networking.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in field service roles is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for printer repair.
