Raise 3D Technologies is seeking a full-time, hourly 3D Support Technician I who will utilize strong customer service skills, sound technical skills, and integrity to solve technical problems for our customers through direct calls and online chats. This position is 100% in office, offers full benefits, extensive training, and a unique, relaxed environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide our customers with outstanding technical level one support for industrial grade 3D printers, take ownership to provide an exceptional overall customer experience resulting in first contact resolution, optimized average response time, maximized customer satisfaction, and increased service revenue.
  • Provide support in product problem-solving, product development activities, and protocol development.
  • Provide on and off-site training to educators, business professionals, and consumers with printer operation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for a variety of print materials.
  • Diagnose and perform repair work on customer-returned printers.
  • Work directly with the shipping department to expedite customer support orders and repairs.
  • Be part of a team of support professionals, support each other in knowledge sharing and transferring, and fulfill documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Meet key performance indicators as required by management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3D Printing experience preferred.
  • Technical & customer support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
