Job requirements
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in building automation or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of building control technologies including HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems.
- Proficient in relevant software, hardware, and programming related to building automation systems.
- Familiar with industry-standard protocols and communication interfaces.
- Capable of managing and overseeing projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and national regulations and codes relevant to building automation systems.
- Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
