We are currently seeking a versatile Roofing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in metal roofing fabrication and installation, and who is passionate about repair work, safety management, and maintaining the highest quality standards in all projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed inspections to identify repair needs.
- Conduct commercial and residential roofing repairs.
- Assist with estimates.
- Fabricate and install metal roofing components, demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and conducting employee training.
- Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring all projects meet our high standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure timely and efficient project completion, maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $51,600.00 - $72,400.00 per year
