- Manage the sales team, providing sales support, training, and motivation

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends to adjust inventory levels and pricing accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate records using software systems
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on used cars
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in inventory control software systems
- Prior experience in managing a sales team is preferred
