Warehouse Attendant/driver

Paradigm Mechanical Corp. is currently seeking an energetic, experienced Warehouse Attendant/Driver to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing company working on commercial and government projects.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain efficient operations of the Warehouse by keeping track of inventory.
- Prepare Warehouse and Yard for upcoming deliveries from suppliers and/or recently closed job.
- Unload all deliveries and identify all items at receiving and inform Project Managers of their arrival.
- Stage and prepare items for all upcoming jobs.
- Gather and load units and any other material for deliveries to jobsites.
- Perform jobsite deliveries, product pickup and scrap deliveries, as needed.
- Prepare standard issue Job Box for each site, as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Warehouse to ensure safety.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance inspection of forklift.
- Responsible for all tool tracking and maintenance of inventory system.
- Ensure the property around the building is swept, before and after deliveries, and clear of debris such as trash, nails, and screws in the parking lots.
- Clean the inside of the building once a week (Tue-Thurs). Areas of inclusion; Bathrooms, Floors, and Empty All Trash Cans, etc.
- Responsible for washing/cleaning all Fleet Vehicles parked at the shop.

**Requirements**:

- Experience loading and unloading in a Warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification and experience.
- Must have clean DMV driving record and a valid California Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass extensive Background Check.
- Must be able to pass Drug Screening.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items throughout a normal shift.
