Sales Manager

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in order to stay ahead in the market

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in account management or outside sales
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Knowledge of technology sales and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
