This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong enterprise mindset to join our agile team as a Product Owner for the US Pharma Sales Pack. The US Pharma Sales Pack is the link between US Pharma Sales Execution and the US Pharma Brand Marketing teams. In this role, you will be part of US Pharma Sales Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for driving the team's strategic direction, prioritizing opportunities, and ensuring their successful execution. You will play a key role in guiding the development and collaboration between the US Pharma Brand Packs and Sales Pack. Additionally, you will coordinate field feedback and insights on critical brand opportunities and issues, provide advice on brand level strategy, oversee field related content development developed by Sales Pack, planning, and communication, and identify brand or cross-portfolio opportunity initiatives.

**Key assignments include**:

- ** Engaging with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment**:

- Direct association with existing US Pharma Brand Product Owners/USCL to socialize US Pharma Sales Pack’s strategy and align on priorities across the portfolio.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and incorporation of learnings.
- Translate quarterly business priorities to executional plans and ensure the Sales Pack and Brand Pack are knowledgeable about the priorities and executional plan.
- ** Guiding and motivating the team**:

- Guide, upskill, direct, and motivate members of the Sales Pack to drive and deliver results.
- Helps the team identify and remove impediments and protect the morale and productivity of the team.
- Leads, trains, and coaches the team in its Scrum adoption.
- ** Driving execution of strategy and roadmap with stakeholders**:

- Drive execution of the strategy and roadmap with partnership from necessary stakeholders.
- Continuously and ruthlessly prioritize key business opportunities and refine the Sales Pack backlog to ensure the team is focused on the highest value opportunity.
- Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
- Promoting Agile principles and fostering collaboration:

- ** Champions the core Agile Principles and maintains momentum of processes and practices that the team agrees to.**
- Ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.
- Removes barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
- Actively participates in the Agile community.

**Education**:

- BA/BS Degree
- Advanced Degree MPH or MBA preferred.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- 5+ years of broad commercial experiences in biopharmaceutical industry, including sales, marketing strategy, and marketing support functions.
- Knowledge and success in cross-functional direction and teamwork.
- Strength managing complexity and multiple contending priorities.
- Understanding of agile principles.
- Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant.

**Preferred Knowledge and Skills**:

- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Agile certification (i.e Scrum Master, Product Ownership or Agile Coaching).
- Working in an agile environment or scrum framework.
- Influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of working in a highly regulated environment (with medical/legal review processes).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and evaluate data and effectively reply to new, complex or problematic situations.
- Knowledge of our Company's commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies.
- Knowledge of the Company's end-to-end medical/ legal (PRT) review and delivery process.
