Under general supervision, will provide data entry service to the Energy Services Intake Team.

This position is full-time with full benefits and starts out between $19.00 - $20.00. Work location is Lompoc with possible travel within the county..

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **_(Depends on assignment/role in department)_
- Thoroughly verify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the entered data to maintain accuracy.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and security measures to safeguard all client data.
- Organizing and managing both physical and electronic records for easy retrieval and maintenance.
- Create and run comprehensive reports for tracking productivity for management and other agency data requirements.
- Collaborating closely with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Strictly adhering to program policies and procedures regarding data entry and record-keeping practices.
- Assisting in various administrative tasks as required to support overall operational efficiency.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

**Knowledge, Skills and/or Ability Required**

**Education and/or Experience**:High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of administrative experience or data entry experience.

**Computer Skills**:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software including Google Suite.

**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**:Current valid California Driver's license and appropriate insurance per Agency requirements. Must have reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record as determined by the agency.

**Other Skills and Abilities**:Ability to speak and write fluent Spanish required. Must type 45 words per minute.
