**Responsibilities**:
**Revolution Company**, is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative position in Vernon, CA. This role will speak with existing customers such as national restaurant, grocery, and retail chains, as well as food service and retail packaging distributors to fulfill requests and resolve problems.
- Able to explain Revolution’s production and printing capabilities and make product recommendations to customers
- Recieve and process purchase orders from customers
- Serve as back up support for all team members
- Knowledgeable about all Revolution’s accounts willingness to assist customers
- Willingness to approach each call as an opportunity to share Revolution’s Value and Product line
- Ability to make sales and build excitement around product line
- Discover and satisfy account needs
- Complete quote requests for customers from price sheets or give information to Sales department
- Monitor special pricing and promotions for assigned accounts
- Ensure all new orders are processed accurately and released in a timely manner
- Ability to work cross functionally with all areas of department

Qualifications:

- AA Degree and/or equivalent business related experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- A strong communicator and willing to provide excellent service to customers
- Willing to make decisions, think clearly, analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Honest, flexible, optimistic and a team player
- Eager to learn and advance in the company
- Proficient in all relevant software systems, including MS Word, Excel and EDI

California Pay Transparency: Base Range $21.00 -$24.00/hour + Benefits + PTO
