**Job description**

We are a well known academy in the field of beauty industry with a focus on the professional and personal development of our students. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Accountant Receivable Bilingual (Spanish/ English)** to join our team and contribute to our administrative department.

Join our team as an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in managing and processing accounts receivables while providing exceptional support to our academic and admissions departments. This role is perfect for individuals who exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage and process accounts receivables, ensuring accurate records and tracking student progress.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and in-person inquiries from students promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and questions.
- Provide essential support to academic and admissions departments on a day-to-day basis.
- Take initiative in making outbound calls to students for payment collection purposes.
- Perform audits during the daily closing of the register to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate in submitting cases to collections agencies when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information and student records.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets detailing daily transactions for reference and reporting.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and self-sufficiency in completing assigned tasks effectively.

**Experience Required**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling inquiries from students or customers.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
