Customer Service Specialist

**JOB DUTIES**:
- Maintain Existing Customers
- Provide Excellent Customer Support
- Raise Escalations
- Work with Larger Sales Organizations
- Identify possible improvement opportunities
- Exhibit understanding of ADI Global Distribution products, systems, and procedures
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of sales experience (retail, customer sales, B2B)

- Prior sales experience
- Prior industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

- The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $48,180 to $83,820 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
