**Job Summary**:
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk ensures all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed in the ERP system correctly.
- **Supervisory Responsibilities**:_
- None.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Prepares all products to meet picking tickets requirements.
- Shrink wraps products accordingly.
- Processes picking ticket transactions in the ERP system accordingly.
- Processes transactions in the FedEx, UPS, and other carriers accordingly.
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Inspects arriving products for any defects and inform the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Receives products accordingly in the ERP system.
- Puts away received products in the proper location upon receiving.
- Conducts inventory counts.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive/operate a forklift safely.
- Load & Unload trucks using a forklift or a pallet jack.
- Familiarity with FedEx and UPS software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge in any ERP systems.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- High school diploma.
- At least three years in a similar shipping/receiving environment.
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Prolonged periods of standing and or sitting on a forklift.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.

Starting pay: $20 per hour

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
