Join us at MacLean-Fogg as we build on our legacy of excellence and shape the future of manufacturing.- Job Summary- Performs functions to support the clerical areas in shipping, receiving, warehouse and production control areas.- Job Duties- Run reports, including manual and computer-generated process production reports and systems.
- Receive material from material vendors and production and verify counts.
- Maintain tool inventory control systems - Receive Tools, maintain tool drawers, Issue to work orders.
- Cycle count
- Coordinate material pickup and delivery with appropriate vendors and internal owners.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, and procedures.
- Receive and distribute internal packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience and Education- Perform work under general supervision.
- Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff.
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- JDE experience a plus
- Competencies/ Skills- Ability to interpret work instructions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Ability to Identify and Prioritize Urgent orders.
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Customer service skills
- Clerical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
