**Staffing Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist**

**Job Overview**:
The Staffing Coordinator is to provide clerical support to the clinical department. This individual’s role is to serve as the primary scheduler for all clinical staff. This position’s main working location/area will be at the front desk, in which they will be also providing front desk services, such as answering and directing calls as needed. Managing, balancing and tracking resident trust accounts.

**Essential Job Functions**:
1. Maintains courteous relationships with residents, families, co-workers and other employees and visitors.

2. Maintain the schedule for RCA’s and MTs in accordance with budgeted staffing ratios.

3. Participates in orientation and staff development with Human Resources.

4. Work with the Human Resource Department to track overtime, assist in payroll, and approve time off requests.

5. Tracks attendance and maintains absence book working with human resources for attendance discipline.

6. Maintains privacy and confidentiality of residents and information about the residents.

7. Managing, balancing and tracking resident trust accounts.

8. Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

9. Welcomes visitors to the facility. Assist visitors and residents with signing into/out of the facility and donning appropriate identification badge.

10. Answer phones
- always be courteous and helpful.

11. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures to clinical staff.

12. Understanding of emergency preparedness plans.

13. Function as a role model for facility staff and respect the rights and dignity of each resident in all interactions.

14. Respond to change productively and handle additional projects as delegated.

15. Prioritize responsibilities and compete projects within allotted time.

16. Upholds the mission statement, values, and goals of Christian Care.

17. Must successfully pass criminal and background check prior to employment.

18. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
