**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee office management tasks-including Finalizing deals, lender payoffs, liaison for our lenders
- Assist with calculating sales commissions
- Operate phone systems, answer incoming calls, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support by posting automotive documents
- Maintain accounts, ensuring all information reflected is accurate and up to date
- Assist controller, as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management, both physical and digital
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and correspondence
- Previous experience in automotive industry
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be located in the Tampa Bay area
- Minimum 4 years related dealership accounting office experience
- Knowledge of using a dealership management system
- Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to lead and delegate
- Must pass pre-employment background check
