**JOB SUMMARY**

The Project Coordinator ensures the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects and tasks within an organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various programs and staff. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities/tasks, tracking progress, managing timelines, and facilitating effective communication among team members. Further, the Project Coordinator will be the point person of the applicable programs to ensure they have what they need in order to complete assignments or tasks.

**PROGRAM SUMMARY**

QI Compliance: The PMA Project Coordinator will provide support services for the Process Management & Analytics Department, as well as the Quality Council. This position will work closely with Department Leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives and other data projects. This position requires, in addition to the above required experience:

- Plays a lead role in the coordination of the Quality Improvement Cycle Strategy and Quality Council activities and initiatives
- Capable of coordinating large data projects spanning multiple programs and databases
- Provides technical assistance to non-research staff to support their data needs and guides them towards more independent use of databases, increased basic analysis skills, and a deeper understanding of quality improvement
- Creates and maintains documentation of processes
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Good verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to be a self-starter
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management

**Experience and Skills**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with managers and applicable staff to develop project plans, initiate various tasks/assignments including timelines and resource allocation
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate project activities - ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines met, and resources allocated appropriately
- Serve as central point of contact for program tasks and/or project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information/updates to management or applicable staff. Ensures staff have what is needed for successful completion of tasks or assignments
- Provides administrative support and back-up for other agency departments and sites
- Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required

**EXPERIENCE**
- Sound judgment and ability to adapt to change and meet demands of the work environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task on multiple tasks or projects
- Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be culturally competent to work with diverse populations and interact with others
- Maintain confidentiality of information. Knowledge of federal HIPPA laws
- Must be punctual and flexible
- Must be able to travel between Village and other sites
- Physically able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
