**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the administration, monitoring, and support of multiple complex, enterprise-wide IT systems.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience in an IT-related field, or a combination of the two.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Must have a basic working knowledge of IT infrastructure components, such as server, network, database, etc.
- Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and active listening skills required.

After the initial training period, this position will allow for remote work in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia. This position requires that the incumbent be on-call for afterhours support and code changes on rotation that includes nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.
