Practice Manager

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage and supervise all administrative and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory standards
- Oversee medical records management and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and policies
- Handle financial responsibilities including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Coordinate with managed care organizations for billing and reimbursement
- Provide support for medical management activities
- Utilize Eaglesoft or similar software for practice management
- Maintain inventory control for medical supplies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or veterinary setting
- Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong knowledge of medical administrative support functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
