Mike Miller Auto Park is one of the fastest growing dealerships in the area and is seeking a Sales Manager to help us continue to go and grow. The role of Sales Manager is to set sales targets, develop strategies to achieve them, and ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales goals by continual training and motivating to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve them. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Understand market trends and be able to take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach to sales, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory manager to ensure that the dealership has the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering or discounting as necessary.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior management. Monitor expenses and sales performance to ensure that targets are met within budgetary constraints.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing automotive sales operations. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the dealership remains competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales or finance management role as well as 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, including pricing, financing, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
