**Essential Job Functions**
- Provide field-level support for each assigned new hire
- Support approximately 5 new Behavior Technicians per month
- Supports new hire behavior technicians on new hire competencies, session structure, and 30/60 day competencies
- Conduct 3 to 5 Field Support Visits per BT across the first 90 days that the BT is working with a client
- Conduct on the job training with BT’s utilizing learned skills and techniques from training, such as Behavior Skills Training
- Conduct a 15-minute debrief session with the BT following each Field Support session
- Administrative responsibilities such as scheduling field visits, complete competency evaluations in Central Reach
- Communicate Field Support Schedule with new BTs, Parents, Case Supervisors, etc. before the Field Support session
- Delivers additional clinical training and field support to new hires as directed
- May serve as substitute BT on cases to cover for Requested Time Off (RTO)
- May be cross trained in some Regional Trainer responsibilities* and can serve as back up for teaching a New Hire Training class. Other regional training responsibilities may be assigned by regional Director (e.g. hiring events, interviews, conducting Safety Care, running monthly BT support meeting)
- Ensures that new hires are supported, and welcomed at all events, training meetings, and around the clinic/office.
- Meet at least 1-2x/month with regional Director and/or Regional Trainer to discuss trainee/Field Trainers needs/concerns
- Join Monthly Trainer Support meetings, hosted by ALP Training Manager(s)
- Other responsibilities (e.g. 1:1 BT casework) as assigned
- Per discretion of the Executive Director/Senior Clinical Director overseeing regional operations.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Enthusiastic, prepared presenter
- Able to adhere strictly to designated, centralized training content
- Able to coach struggling trainees to effectively improve their clinical and professional skill set
- Superb model of session skills: engaging clients, collecting data accurately, creating productive session structure, implementing behavior analytic strategies correctly
- Able to have challenging coaching conversations in a supportive, professional manner
- Able to coordinate effectively with regional supports, ACD, and online trainer to provide wrap-around support to new hires
- Able to navigate clinical technology as required, such as GoTo Meeting/Zoom platforms and Central Reach

**Education, Licenses, and Certifications**
- Required: RBT certification or equivalent (if you don't have it, we can help you get it)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field ; BCBA certification in progress

**Experience**
- Completion of Advanced Behavior Technician competencies (or ability to pass ABT competencies within 6 months)
- Preferred: At least 2 years as a Behavior Technician

**Additional Requirements**
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work on-sight (clinic, clients’ homes) and/or on the road (e.g. from home), depending on regional needs and restrictions
