Clinical Operations Support Associate / Rehabilitation Aide

Key Duties:

+ Deliver direct patient care and assistance as permitted by state regulations and under the supervision of a licensed clinician. This includes safely setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, aiding in prescribed home exercise programs, and assisting with the setup and delivery of therapeutic modalities as required.

+ Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinics by adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, managing clinic supplies, and confirming that equipment is clean and operational.

+ Demonstrate a sense of urgency by escalating patient concerns and issues to clinicians and the Clinic Director for prompt resolution.

Enhance ATI's mission by fostering an outstanding customer experience:

+ Warmly greet and engage with patients both via phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointments.

+ Facilitate an efficient patient intake and registration process, assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.

+ Effectively onboard new patients attending their first visit, including reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, completing medical forms, and administering patient outcomes tools.

Assist ATI in achieving clinic objectives:

+ Play a crucial role in converting referrals into evaluations.

+ Support patient rescheduling efforts to minimize drop rates.

+ Provide primary assistance during the daily patient check-in process, including upfront payment collections in accordance with ATI's policies.

+ Aid in the collection of Patient Reported Outcome assessments.

The responsibilities outlined are not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in healthcare (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).

+ Customer service experience (service industry or administrative role).

+ Certified Personal Trainer experience is a plus.

+ Associate's Degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
