**Full job description**:
Rockaway Home Attendant Services, Inc. is a licensed homecare agency (LHCSA) and we are seeking an outgoing and dynamic Home Care Marketer to join our team. As a Home Care Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and relationships to promote our home care services within the community. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships with referral sources, and increase brand awareness to drive business growth. This is a field position which will include significant travel within the local area and Nassau County.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to effectively promote our home care services to potential clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Utilize various marketing channels including networking events, and community outreach programs to reach target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
- Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and seminars to educate the public about our services and establish our brand as a trusted provider of home care.
- Collaborate with the Business Developer to develop effective sales materials and presentations to support their efforts in converting leads into clients.
- Distribute promotional gifts, flyers, brochures and other RHAS marketing materials to different locations.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in marketing techniques, technology, and regulations related to home care services.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients, referral sources, and the community.
- Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.
- Track and report activities and key performance metrics with MLTC, MCO.
- Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow -through.
- Maintain and submit a weekly spreadsheet with leads and progress activities to management.
- Submit report with 40 leads per month with a minimum of twenty actual clients per month.

Job Requirements:

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Previous health care marketing experience; Home Care preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare/CDPAP guidelines and MLTCs is a plus
- Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
- Knowledge of Home Care / Medicaid eligibility.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite and general computer proficiency.
- Detail oriented with strong follow up and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with the ability to achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Two to three years’ home marketing experience will substitute for associate degree.
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: On the road
