**Summary**:

- The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
- Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- Experience Leading a team of analysts
- 9-10 years related experience required.

**Key Points/Necessary Attributes**:

- Lead Strategy & GTM Development:

- Manage Large Scale GTM/Strategic Initiatives from Concept to Launch
- Lead GTM execution, setting strategic priorities, evolving conflict into consensus and driving flawless day to day execution.
- This individual is the central point of communication and coordination for new strategic projects, initiatives & programs, internal and external, and is responsible for driving actions across the broader organization.
- This individual will coordinate with domestic and global partners to advance corporate objectives.
- Lead Executive Communications
- Drive Executive Communications for the team through working with Top Management to develop best in class presentation and communication materials
- Preparing C-level reports communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance (related to Business) required.

Both a strong background in math, science, finance, engineering, or statistics and deep business insight is required, advanced degrees and/or MBA are a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $73.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
