**About the job**:
In this role, you will work with the Public Sector leadership team on talent planning and recruitment. You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and sourcers who are sourcing, evaluating, and closing applicants. You will develop relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers and key leaders to drive results for the team, the department and clients.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.
- Create and implement a staffing business strategy and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan, focusing on quality, diverse hires, process efficiency, and positive client/applicants experiences.
- Develop a sourcing strategy that aligns with strategic and anticipated business needs, delivering high-quality applicants and utilizing innovative, non-traditional sourcing methods.
- Develop and monitor metrics to improve sourcing efficacy and demonstrate ROI. Identify and own strategies to lift productivity and make process improvements that solve problems at scale.
- Be an active member of the Cloud recruiting leadership team representing the priorities and needs of the public sector business while ensuring alignment with Cloud strategy and initiatives.
