Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Sales Consultant

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a dynamic Residential Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have a proven track record in sales, enjoy engaging with customers, and are self-motivated to excel in the field of exterior remodeling, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
**Self-Generating Sales Activities**: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
**Consultative Selling**: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements.
**Quota Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
**Prescheduled Leads**: Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- A drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
