**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong networking and partnering skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in tech sales with a focus on solution selling is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
