_Assembly/Production Worker _
Wingfan, LP is looking for an Assembly Technician

We are looking for a motivated individual with the skills to assemble fans in a small manufacturing setting, individuals who can manage their time and deliver quality products and have a strong sense of pride in the items they have produced. This is not a production line. There will be several areas of the warehouse/manufacturing where you will have hands on work.

**Job Requirements**
- Assemble all products according to work order directions and specifications.
- Ability to read and understand tolerances, measurements, and calipers is a must
- Experience with calipers, torque guns and various hand tools
- Experience with quality control preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to comprehend and follow detailed work instructions
- Picking stock to perform assembly tasks
- Forklift experience
- Work in a safe and clean manner
- Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis
- Communicate with Production Manager
- Dayshift only

**Position Requirements**
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Ability to reach and maintain prescribed productivity levels for assembly
- Reliable transportation.
- Maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Essential Job Functions
- Some heavy lifting required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- High School diploma or comparable education/experience
- Good work history and references required

**Compensation and Benefits **We offer Medical benefits, holiday pay, vacation and a 401K program. Hourly pay is $17.00 + depending on experience
