This position is located at our Westfield location; however, travel to Somerville, Metuchen or Red Bank may be necessary.

**Responsibilities**: As an **Assistant Store Manager,** you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your location. You will work closely with our Store Manager, as well as support all staff members in both of our locations. In addition, you will be expected to maintain your knowledge and experience level with the ever evolving gaming landscape.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Supporting the Store manager in basic store maintenance and upkeep.
- Acting as Manager on Duty when the store manager is absent.
- Ensuing that the venue is kept up to YESTERcades brand standards.
- Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and back office paperwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Intimate knowledge of home consoles ranging from the Atari to Xbox Series X/PS5.
- Arcade repair knowledge or willingness to learn the basics.
- Basic building maintenance skills (ex. painting, cleaning, changing HVAC filters).
- Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend closing and opening, holidays, as well as the occasional overnight project. Work hours will be based on business needs.
- Ability to support all locations in Westfield, Red Bank and Somerville in order to provide immediate needs of that location.
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service and/or retail experience.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
