Job Summary:
This position is directly responsible for overseeing a specific geographical area and acting as a liaison between the Corporate Office and the Company’s presence in the respective market.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Increases sales volume within assigned region.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices performs safety meetings and rectifies unsafe job conditions immediately.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the duration of a project.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of a project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
- Performs additional duties which may be required by supervisor.

**SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL**:
Service Technicians

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in in the mechanical utilities, pipefitting and welding fields.
- Experience and knowledge in HVAC, Mechanical and Boilers/Steam, installation of chiller systems, compressed air systems and natural gas systems is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

**CERTIFICATIONS**:
A solid safety record and OSHA Certifications are preferred though not required.

**PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL**:
Physical Demands:
Activities: Sitting - 5% Walking/Standing - 95%

Lifting: Frequently required to lift 50 to 75 lbs.

Physical: Occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands and fingers; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and reach with hands and arms.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
