Responsibilities include:

- Keeping the lot organized & clean
- Checking in new inventory
- Giving attention to the "Front Line" & solving problems on the lot
- Pre-purchase vehicle preparation
- Driving inventory
- Conducting a physical inventory check
- Maintaining the website & assisting with posting vehicles online
- Dressing appropriately
- Being able to work with customers & guide them in the right direction
- Assisting with Sales in the office
- Assisting with the Service department
- Assisting with the Detail department
- EVERYONE in the company is responsible for SNOW REMOVAL

As you can tell this role has quite a bit of responsibility... it will keep you plenty busy to work a full week as we are looking for a full time employee only.

No previous qualifications necessary. We are more than willing to train the right person for this position

Benefits (for full-time employees) include:

- 1 week of paid time off/vacation (accrued weekly)... & 2 weeks paid time off/vacation after the 2nd year of employment.
