- **Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for triage of challenging systems, leveraging the knowledge of the team members, to rapiding diagnostic issues and provide corrective actions
- Troubleshooting electrical, refrigeration, and control systems.
- Interacting with manufacturing teams to use feedback to improve the product and testing processes
- Stay on top of new technologies and trends
- Responsible for developing and qualifying prototype designs
- Gather and document pertinent data on the performance of products and prototypes
- Assists in maintaining lab cleanliness and maintaining infrastructure
- Responsible for the successful deployment of new designs and technologies
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant service experience; preferably in an industrial equipment industry.
- Experience with test equipment, including multimeters, digital power supplies, and logic analyzers.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and software issues on industrial equipment.
- Experience reading schematics of industrial equipment.
- A great positive attitude and work ethic.

- Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills
