Key Responsibilities- Testing & Troubleshooting: Start up, test, and diagnose issues in standard product lines, focusing on refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Problem-Solving: Identify system issues and perform necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Assembly: Complete basic final assembly tasks as required.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet established quality and performance standards.
- Data Collection: Document and analyze product and prototype performance data.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside engineering and quality teams to continuously improve product quality.
- Process Improvement: Participate in Lean and 5S process initiatives and projects.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience with HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with computers, Google Suite, Lean methodologies, and knowledge of testing standards such as ASTM, IEC, ISO, and MIL-STD.
- Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
