Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various properties, such as fixing CCTV cameras, network connections, making network cables, replacing light bulbs, building furniture and equipment, pulling cables, etc.
- Safely operate equipment such as a forklift or lift
- Assist other tradespeople with more complex projects, such as electrical wiring, HVAC installation, or carpentry work.
- Report any major issues or damages that require further attention or professional intervention.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations when performing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
