**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for providing world-class facilities dispatching service to our large multi-concept restaurant organization in an accurate, timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming customer and vendor calls, responding to incoming requests and dispatch repair and maintenance technicians to restaurants needing service
- Monitor repair and maintenance technician assignment status to ensure proper resolution
- Troubleshoot with restaurant management problem situations requiring service
- Create work orders and escalate service based on priority levels
- Update facilities logs, records and reports using Company database
- Review all incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers for job completion and working equipment
- Track and reconcile technician invoices for accuracy and budgeted expenditures
- Approve technician timesheets
- Communicate trends and issues to Director of Facilities

**Skills, Knowledge and Other Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of dispatcher and supervisory experience
- General handyman knowledge in electrical, plumbing, roofing, tile, hot and cold appliances (toasters, coffee machines, etc.) preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and time-management skills
- Excellent listening, customer service and phone skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Self-starter that can work without direct supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours including one Saturday monthly
- Able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks at one time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay ranges from $20-$26 hourly depenging on experience.
