Position Summary:
**Orlando Health **is seeking an experienced **Career Development Consultant**. They will provide expert guidance to internal team members at all levels seeking career growth and development opportunities within the organization. Through personalized career coaching sessions, facilitated career building workshops, and collaboration on action plans for career paths, this consultant plays an important role in ensuring our team members have the tools they need to grow in their roles at Orlando Health.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**
- Provides expert career guidance, assisting team members at all levels seeking career opportunities and potential career paths.
- Coaches team members on ways to improve hiring success by reviewing resumes, conducting mock interviews, and providing feedback to support team members in interview preparation.
- Creates action and development plans with team members to activate their job search.
- Builds strong partnerships and works collaboratively with leaders, teams, and team members at all levels.
- Delivers engaging presentations and facilitates group workshops on a variety of career development topics (i.e. resume writing, interviewing, personal branding, networking, etc.) for varying audience sizes.
- Develops comprehensive career consulting, workshop, and event materials and surveys.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
- Maintains confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Provides personalized career advice through one-to-one career sessions both in-person and virtually.

- Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with the mission and vision of Orlando Health.
Qualifications:
**Education/Training**
- Minimum 3 years of HR and/or leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in HR, Psychology, I/O Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field.
**Licensure/Certification**
- None - Coaching certification preferred
**Experience**
- Proven track record in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring.
- Desired:
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, event planning, or program coordination is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
