Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for timelines supporting the Marketing team. At Haus Labs, Marketing and Product Development work very closely together from initiation of a new product being developed, to the point of it hitting shelves in the market. The Marketing Program Manager needs to be two steps ahead of a team that’s already three steps ahead and understand timelines and needs to meet timelines deeply with cross-functional teams especially Product Development, Operations and Creative on timelines. Looking for that person that allows the marketing team to focus on marketing, because they’ve got the timelines locked in and handled.

What You’ll Do

Two primary focuses:

- Product Development Planning: Marketing x Product Development timeline and project management of products in the development cycle
- Go-To-Market Activation Planning: Marketing x Cross-Functional Channels timeline and project management of activations for product or brand activations
- Team Workflow: Manage project pipeline and status, communicating deadlines to cross-channel stakeholders. Manage dates between product development, ops and marketing to ensure documents like product omni briefs and 360 Market plans dates are met, while balancing team priorities & deadlines.
- Timeline Management & Tracking: Build project timelines & resourcing plans, share out timelines & milestones. Track status and pace of progress of projects, ensuring smooth & timely completion. Raise risk flags, course-correct & escalate as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate prioritization & resourcing discussions with cross-channel teams to ensure the team is prioritizing & working toward business objectives.
- Cross-Channel Program Management for Marketing 360 Campaigns & Product Launches: Interface cross-functionally for alignment across all stages of project cycle including briefing, scope & deliverables, strategy, timelines, reviews, approvals & delivery.
- Legal review: track and facilitate legal review timelines for needs of programs for the marketing team. Legal review scope can be anything from approved new product claims language to influencer contracts to content creator invoice approvals
- Budget: light tracking, management on a yearly, quarterly and project-basis. Manage invoice tracking and processing in partnership with the Finance team.
- Manage projects through tools such as Dropbox, Wrike, Figma, etc.
- Clearly communicate any changes to asset deadlines in the event of a changed delivery
- Onboard new vendors and being a point of contact for invoices/invoice inquiries pre-AP submission, handling NDAs, Vendor Banking forms, Consultant Agreements, W-9

What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of Program Management experience
- Strong understanding of the product development and marketing process
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through
- Possesses strong communication skills, diplomacy & ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or complex situations
- Both an organized & creative thinker with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage across multiple teams, projects, and priorities efficiently and effectively
- Comfort working under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects pop up daily
- Understanding of retail/ecommerce, beauty and industry trends
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with cross-functional departments
- Proficient knowledge of Project Management software (Wrike a plus)
- Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
