- NHQ**Purpose**:

- Under direction of the Senior Group Manager, the Marketing & Advertising Manager will assist with the development and production of all National advertising against key Hyundai marketing objectives to increase brand awareness, opinion, consideration and ultimately drive overall demand.

**Major Responsibilities**:
**Strategic and Production Oversight**
- Work with cross-functional internal + external teams to ensure integrated campaigns are strategically consistent, (align with brand guidelines, tone, etc).
- Day to day management of advertising campaign activities (TV, Digital, Social, OOH, partnerships, etc) for general market.
- Manage campaign timelines and regularly communicate status to all stakeholders.
- Manage productions as needed to ensure success of integrated campaign(s).
- Assist with tracking of program budgets and scope of work, ensuring maximum ROI and overall estimates are in-line with budgets.

**Cross-Functional Partnership**
- Manage agency partners: defining roles & responsibilities, planning and project assignments, providing strategic input and feedback, etc.
- Support the development and implementation of media strategy and plans for all brand, product communications.
- Collaborate & effectively communicate across all HMA departments, Regions & Vendors.

**Brand Stewardship**
- Maintain an awareness of changing market trends, consumer attitudes and opinions.
- Actively seek new opportunities, platforms, or ways to strengthen and grow the Hyundai brand.
- Provide reports that interpret information and deliver analysis, key learnings, effectiveness, and opportunities to increase overall metrics and effectiveness of all campaign activities.

- Position requires ability to problem solve, make decisions, and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.
- Manage workflow and the ability to work across departments, along with the wider HMA teams.
- Develop and implement strategies that all programs are executed against.
- Resolve issues and communicate to management and business partners.
- Manage activities and performance of agency and other service providers.

**Education**:

- ~ Must be a high school graduate- ~ Bachelor’s degree preferred- ~ Master’s degree a plus**Related Experience**:

- Six to seven years of experience with at least three years directly related to automotive or advertising/marketing.
- Minimum three years of experience within automotive industry preferred.
- Agency and/or related client-side experience preferred.
- Three to five years of supervisory experience desired.
- Local/Regional experience a plus.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels; Executive, managerial, subordinate and agency hierarchy of personnel.
- Ability to lead the creative development of a campaign and maintain a macro strategy.
- Effective project, personnel and budget management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

- $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 Annual**Benefits**:
