**Responsibilities As A Customer Support Representative**:

- Offer informed guidance to customers on product features, promotions, and brand history to drive sales
- Stay abreast of the latest sales techniques through by working closely with fellow customer support and sales team memebers
- Uphold the values and standards of our client's brand with every interaction
- Foster authentic relationships by understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and delivering a premium experience
- Address a variety of customer inquiries promptly and efficiently by overturning objections, from product details to delivery logistics
- Nurture enduring customer relationships to drive repeat business and boost sales revenue
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and enhance sales expertise

**What Do We Look For In A Customer Support Representative?**
- Previous experience in customer support, client relations, sales, or retail
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity in all dealings

**Customer Support Representative Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation for daily office commutes

Pay: $41,681.69 - $58,197.30 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Temecula, CA (preferred)
