**Job Summary**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- **Safety**: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
- **Operations**: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and batts) and consistently performs quality checks.
- **Technical**: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.
- **Customer Service**: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
- **Other**: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- MUST BE ABLE TO PULL AND BACK A TRAILER IN TIGHT SPACES.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma/GED required
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.
- Spray foam insulation experience preferred.
- Must pass a Respiratory Exam.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background, DMV, drug screen and DOT medical exam.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (required)

- Construction: 1 year (required)
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Time management: 1 year (preferred)
