Overview:
**Duties**:

- Support the Director in overseeing daily operations of the childcare center
- Assist in developing and implementing curriculum plans
- Provide guidance and support to staff in behavior management and classroom management
- Provide guidance to teaching staff for DRDPs, ECRS/ITERS, and ASQ
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children in infant/toddler care
- Collaborate with parents to address individual child needs and concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in childcare in an infant program, early childhood education, or related field
- Knowledge of infant childhood development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with caregiving practices and preschool education

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
