Primary Objectives - What are the major objectives or outcomes to be accomplished by the

person in this job?
- Support the goals of the Program by moving non-capping associates in to capping status

through skill set training, mindset development, and business coaching.
- Provide Foundational training, support and coaching for associates to achieve the

standard of 25% (or a minimum of 10) of associates in the Program obtain capper status

within their first year.
- Provide Foundational training, support and coaching for associates to achieve the

standard of 50% or more of those in the Program are productive every month.
- Promote and provide opportunities to maintain a minimum of 80% Engagement in the

Program per month.

*Support the standards of the Program by recruiting a minimum of 5 agents to the program

monthly. (Holding recruiting appointments or co-hosting career nights monthly as determined

by the Market Center Team Leader may also be an additional standard.)

2. Regular Work Activities - What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in

this job?
- Conduct weekly skill set training on SCRIPTS and Lead Generation - DAILY from 8:30
- 11:00am (or as otherwise agreed upon with Lead Productivity Coach)

*Use the concepts in, support and teach (as needed) the CORE training curriculum from KWRI

primarily IGNITE, 36-12-3, Win the Seller & Win the Buyer, Never Ending Referrals, BOLD, i.e.,

Script Books, presentations, for both full-time and dual-career agents.

*Be available during designated hours to Coaching Clients to assist them through the real estate

process. Following are, not limited to, specific examples:

- Practicing scripts for lead generation
- Utilizing Pre-Listing and Buyer Lead sheet
- Role Playing Listing and Buyer consultations and objections from appointments
- Preparing Listing and Buyer Consultation packets including CMA and Contract

documents
- Assisting them with Marketing Campaigns for a minimum of 500 people
- Assisting them with using the Mentors/mykw tools/COMMAND for database, pipeline,

task, calendars, contracts, etc.

- Answering general questions on the Coaching Club Facebook group and via
- Be available (as needed) to either have an engaged agent Shadow on one of your

appointments OR attend an appointment with agent as support.
- Ensure goals are set in Command and GPS/4-1-1 are complete for all in the program.
- Reach out to those not producing on a weekly basis as discussed with Lead Productivity

Coach/ Director of Career Development.
- Lead the weekly Group Skill Set Coaching sessions and host quarterly REALskill Workshops

focused on Listing & Buyer Consultations and Pricing in this Market.

*Hold a minimum of 10 appointments a month to talk with agents about joining the PC

program.
- Work with Director of Ops to ensure reporting is completed daily, weekly and monthly.
- Participate in weekly call or meeting with Director of Productivity Coaching to identify

create individual growth plans to improve skills for clients, and review the progress of

those in the program.
- Participate in weekly KW Coaching call for Productivity Coaches.
- Support the Goals and Initiatives of the Market Center.

3. Responsibilities - How many people will be directly overseen by this person?
- Approximately 30-50 associates
- Specifically, those that have not CAPPED or those who do not have a pipeline that shows they

will be a capping agent. A minimum standard is that each agent will have CLOSED at least 1

Listing AND a minimum of 2 Buyer transactions (level 1) within a 6-month time frame.

4. Key Skills - What behavioral traits, attitudes, and skills are required?
- Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum: Ignite, Lead Generation 36; 12;3, Contract

training, title and inspection process, COMMAND marketing and database, Dot Loop etc.
- Record of sales success selling a minimum of 12 transactions in one year as a Licensed Real

Estate Agent
- Has participated in BOLD and understands basic concepts of the material
- Superior time management skills and utilize 4-1-1 and daily calendar
- Ability to balance ‘care and candor’ during accountability sessions
- Passionate about training and educating
- Learning-based attitude
- Respected leader in the Market Center with high integrity
- Exhibits a supportive, results-oriented approach to situations and goals
- Coachable and willing to participate in Coaching as identified by Lead Productivity Coach

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
