As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to cultivate new business and develop your team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating new leads residentially for our client
- Being knowledgeable and up-to-date on our client products & services
- Assist the sales department and closing sales
- Traveling to various territories locally
- Providing a legendary customer service experience to each individual

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience in lead generation or sales is a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and be local to the area
