We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Grading Supervisor to oversee the grading process within our organization.

The Grading Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of grading procedures while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of graders.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate the grading process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to grading guidelines and deadlines.

2. Train and mentor grading team members on grading criteria, techniques, and procedures. 3. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in grading evaluations.

4. Provide feedback and guidance to graders to improve performance and maintain grading standards.

5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize grading efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Handle escalated grading issues or disputes, resolving them in a fair and timely manner

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

8. Being able to build models on Somero 3 d system

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
