**Job Summary**: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for our roofing company. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of roofing products and services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

**2. Client Consultation**:

- Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our roofing products and services.

**3. Proposal and Presentation**:

- Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Address client concerns and objections, emphasizing the value proposition of our roofing solutions.

**4. Sales Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

**5. Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

**6. Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and regularly update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

**7. Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations affecting the roofing sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, eagerness to learn new technologies and drive best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).

**Compensation**:

- Base salary plus commission, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
