Call Center Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job description includes but not limited to:
- Answering multi phones with a pleasant greeting and addresses patients in a professional manner.
- Scheduling patients with multiple physicians and varying appointment types
- Acts as a first line defense for triage issues
- Expected to have open communication with the clinical and billing department as well as physicians.
- Accurate input of all patient demographic and insurance data
- Basic knowledge of faxing and scanning with EMR.
- Basic knowledge of front desk procedures and insurance information.
- Faxing necessary information for Procedure scheduling
- Handling of Medical Records for outside Facilities
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including data entry
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
