**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Utilize various learning technologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Provide academic advising and support to students
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Conduct research and stay updated on educational best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Write and grade assignments, exams, and reports
- Implement effective classroom management strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- State teaching certification required
- Experience in special education is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans
- Familiarity with higher education teaching methods and practices

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
