What Our Client Needs:

Our client is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Analyst. The Channel Development Consultant is an individual contributor who is responsible for supporting the company initiatives through sales support and collaboration with internal cross functional teams. These efforts can include building prospect reports through market research, prospecting and qualifying new accounts, nurture campaigns with existing accounts, and contributing to other projects as the arise.



A successful Channel Development Consultant can successfully manage working in an ambiguous environment where they will be contributing to multiple projects at one time. This individual has the skill set to work within the guidelines of each project but has an entrepreneurial spirit and identifies ways to improve processes and performance. They will contribute their ideas and collaborate with the various teams to ensure success. They also understand what projects are important, project deadlines and project expectations and can self-direct to meet team objectives.



Success also includes learning and understanding the value propositions, use cases, market verticals and business types that the company products, programs and initiatives will add the most value. They will have excellent written, verbal communication skills, and develop a scalable process for outreach process flow including initial outreach, follow up, and handover of engaged leads and accounts.



Daily workflow can include but is not limited to, researching, and developing account prospect lists, strategic cold outreach for account qualification followed by setting meetings for sales pitches. Meeting documentation, updating project management and CRM tools, and positioning qualified leads for internal next steps is also part of the workflow. It also includes creating and executing nurture campaigns for specific programs or subscription customers, getting feedback, documenting discovery, and sharing learnings and insights with appropriate teams.




What Youll Do:


  • Gain understanding and effectively communicate the value of the company standards and programs, their use cases and where they can be applied to improve business process, solve business pain, help a business scale, and improve consumer satisfaction
  • Support the operational plans that align with business units and strategic plans including assisting in the development of marketing, evangelism, support, and relationship management
  • Assist the Market Development teams in account prospecting, qualification, and engagement for company products and services
  • Conduct market research to evaluate and identify businesses and trade organizations that could support products and program offerings for the benefit of their customers, partners, or members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engaged accounts
  • Able to understand prospect or partner pain points and priorities to determine where their initiatives and objectives best fit with the products, program, and services
  • Help build and maintain strong industry and internal relationships across multiple teams
  • Effectively communicate across Market Development, Initiative or CE teams to ensure seamless hand-off and support for prospects and partners that engage with the company in multiple areas
  • Organized management of the Market Development account network for future engagements, product implementations or initiative participation through CRM and other business management tools
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business initiatives
  • Strategic thinking capability with ability to draw practical insights from a wide range of data inputs
  • Action oriented with a strong work ethic
  • High workload capability: ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities/projects in various stages of completion
  • Strategic mindset, forward thinking and comfortable applying structure to an ambiguous work environment
  • Strong people skills balanced with a demonstrated record of accomplishing significant work milestones, metrics, and goals through teamwork
  • Highly adaptive and flexible work style to adjust project initiatives relative to changes in corporate priorities



This position may require up to 10% travel.




What Youll Need:


  • 3-5 years SDR/BDR experience, preferably in the Software Tech industry
  • MBA preferred
