**Pay**: Salary $50,000-$60,000 annually plus commission. This role is onsite at the Glenview Haus Chicago Showroom.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product line, features, and benefits.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
- **Customer Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product information, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing detailed product demonstrations and explanations.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product expertise during customer interactions and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including product documentation and training materials.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay engaged with product updates and improvements to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to the product development team based on customer needs and industry demands.
- **Product Launches**:

- Support the successful launch of new products by coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with the marketing team.

**Daily Responsibilities and Functions**:

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Provide world-class service for our customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates promptly.
- Assist customers through the full purchasing process.
- facilitate customer communication and sales.
- coordinate Internal communication regarding products and orders
- Participate in ongoing product training.
- Provide a friendly and professional environment where all employees can succeed.
- assist with other responsibilities and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for staying informed about industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product-focused role.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
