**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Independently research and identify potential clients who are using Google Ads and may benefit from our services.

2. Outbound Calls: Contact prospective clients via phone calls to introduce JuppLee's services and assess their needs.

3. Service Presentation: Explain the value and benefits of our Google Ads optimization and SEO services to potential clients.

4. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs and goals of each client.

5. Sales: Effectively communicate the features and advantages of our services, aiming to secure new clients and grow the company's customer base.

6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and generate leads independently.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model (office-based and remote after training).

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
